Clearly from FM. You can see the pilot tone added to the signal at the frequency of 19 kHz, no frequencies above 16kHz. This is the best source available.

My "flac from App" is of course the mp3 saved as flac. I have it on my hard disk like this, don't know why... There is no lossless version neither of the app track nor of the complete show (which is from WV, that's the only one published).

According to the spectral view (and frequencies), your "FLAC" does not come from the same MP3 of the app. As a test, I transcoded MP3 to FLAC. The spectral view is exactly the same. But not "your FLAC". Also de volume is louder than the MP3.

So you have the original mp3 from the app? Is it at all the same as my flac (I mean soundwise)? I have the flac from Blake's Rarities Done Right collection. No idea who made this and how...

Yes, I have the mp3.
The volume of Blake's Rarities Done Right FLAC is a bit louder than official MP3 and 1 second longer. The Waveform is very similar, only the volume level is different. Now, the spectral view is much better than MP3 app.
