Also 46 and 47 next month. Seems to be a popular range! Got hooked during hype for Steel Wheels tour when I was 13. First got a hold of my dad's Hot Rocks casette and then bought the SW album, which I still have a lot of fondness for. Wanted to go to the show when it came to town but we had a family trip--still hate that I missed that tour!

I've seen the Stones 11 times, all front row. First time in Hyde Park 2013 (had my 2 seconds on the DVD Sweet Summer Sun). I've seen Ronnie solo at Sheppard's Bush Empire as well plus his "Ronnie Wood The Artist" promo session at Selfridges.
My last time was in Waldbühne 2022. Mind-blowing.
I hope I will be able to see the band again. However, highly doubtful I could do this outside of Europe due to flight prices, let alone accomodation and the dynamic concert prices... We'll see.

Reached the big 6-0 a couple of weeks ago. My musical tastes have always been the 50s R&R/R&B and 60s Beat/R&B of circa 1956-1966 though (even when I was 6 or 7 I preferred listening to my parents' old records rather than what was in the 1969/1970 charts).
