Something like that. It was the first creation of Get Yer YaYas Out!, a demo.
There are differences, such as the lead guitar in J J Flash that was not on the official release. Sympathy has a different verse. Different mix.

The legendary 'Apple Acetate' - 'Get Your Yah Yah’s Out'
Extremely rare double-sided 12-inch acetate for the Rolling Stones’ 1970 live album ‘Get Yer Ya-Ya’s Out!' The Rolling Stones in Concert,’ with both sides featuring “Apple Corps Ltd. 3 Savile Row London W1., Custom Recording” labels respectively marked “Side One” and “Side Two,” and both reading: “’Get Your Yah Yah’s Out,’ The Rolling Stones, Stereo.” In very good to fine condition, with damp-staining to the labels.
Acetate test pressings are made of a material much more fragile than the vinyl used for production records, and they are made in extremely limited qualities.
Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks. Differing from the final version released on Decca Records in early September 1970, this incredibly early test pressing represents the original mix of what was later to become the first live album to reach No. 1 in the UK charts.
Apple only pressed these test records for a short duration between 1968-1970, making each and every ‘Apple Acetate’ a scarce and highly sought-after piece of Rolling Stones history.

songs 1-10 are exactly the same as on GYYYO, not from different shows (like f.e. JJF 28.11.69 1st instead of 27.11.69 ? So same recordings ?
And what about those "extra reels" ?
This version is from an acetate with somewhat different mix of the
tracks on "Get Yer Ya Ya's Out." Most interesting are probably the overdubbed
guitar solos in Jumping Jack Flash and the missing verse in Sympathy for the
devil.There is surface noise from the acetate but the sound is very listenable.
both the acetate and the released version of ya ya's include edited versions of
sympathy for the devil but in different places.
