I’m sorry I don’t have the album to upload, but I noticed track 7 is titled “Aftermath”. Is this a well known track mistitled or a rare out take ?

I can't remember clearly which one it was, but a well known track, maybe "And Mr. Spector And Mr. Pitney Came Too", nothing rare.

Yep, BT2G is correct, it's this track, renamed by Andrew Oldham when he was working on Necrophilia, the shelved predecessor of Metamorphosis.

He did the same with the instrumental Between The Buttons-outtake It's Been Quiet Here At Home, which was renamed to Hear It.

Is the last one fake?

According to Dieter Hoffmann Recording Index this release should have a version of As tears go by in stereo. This could be the version Nico Zentgraf (6510126A) has described as with somewhat different orchestral parts.

You can find this version on DAC 196, another version with electronicly reprozessed stereo was released on the lp "Stone Age"

Possibly that is a stereo version of the official released track. But that is my point: I would like to check that myself.

Why should it be? I think it's the well know outtake of Hi-Heel Sneakers.

idk. With all this talk of 'fake,' I'm playing. If the song is less know, maybe it's fake.

If a fan makes a DES (Digitally Extracted Stereo) mix of a song. Is it fake?

If a fan takes several versions of Miss You and makes a Frankenstein version of Miss You and the song title is "Miss You Complete - a fan-made Mix" is it fake?

I like that long version of Dance that puts three versions together.

Yes, then it's fake. Never intended to be released like that, tampered with, so fake. There's this guy that makes all these extractions here on IORR. Alle fake and bloody annoying too.

Thank you very much for the upload. Now at last I heard the different instrumental part in the middle of As tears go by (stereo). If this is a genuine Stones recording has yet to be proven.
