Night to remember!!! Roger Waters gave a phenomenal show last night at the Chase Center in San Francisco. Even though this is the fourth time I've seen him live, every time it feels like I'm there for the first time! The stage was atypical, in the middle of the arena, so the audience surrounded the musicians from all sides. Roger was very emotional, he often looked back to the beginnings, Pink Floyd, and even to the time before Pink Floyd.

He described the moment (during "Wish You Were Here") when one weekend he and Syd went to London to see the show. Gene Vincent was a headliner at the Gaumont State in Kilburn, and the Rolling Stones played among others (probably autumn 1963). On the way back home to Cambridge, in the train, they decided to form a rock’n’roll band as soon as they move to London for college.

There was also a lot of politics, but that's Rodger...

If you have the chance, make sure to go to this concert.
