in the page N. 12 of Tell Me Forum in the Berlin live updates there are a link for a video of the RBB News Report, i can't download it for my inability, I was wondering if anyone knows how to make it available for all in Mp4. A thousand thanks

There's no geo-blocking and it can be downloaded with e.g. yt-dlp or JDownloader.
