Does anyone know this Mayflower 183, 184-185 "MULTIBAND" remaster or knows where to buy it?

I am wondering if these releases use software such as DeMIX Pro in attempt to improve the sound quality. Would certainly like to hear them.

My thoughts also, I’ve done a pretty good remix on ‘Welcome TomNew York’ vinyls, however, the vinyl bass doesn’t transfer

Probably done using the relatively new audio separation software tools like Demix Pro that are able to extract instruments and voices from a stereo or mono source so that you can create a new stereo mix... In the hands of the right people, the results can be excellent and far superior to the source tape, but in the hands of idiots, well...

Here's a great example of such a Demix Pro stereo remix from a mono source, Little Red Rooster - listen with headphones, it's really true stereo, not this "electronically reprocessed" fake stereo from the past:

Little Red Rooster (2021 Stereo Mix / Remaster)

Check out Tiger Roger's YouTube channel for more Stones and other stereo remixes of mono sources.

Edit: I see that Tiger Rogers just added a great stereo remix of "Come On":

Come On (2022 Stereo Mix / Remaster)

Fascinating stuff imo - unthinkable to do that with mono sources a few years ago!

yes this really is interesting

for instance here's robert johnson in stereo

and chuck berry

but question

how sensitive is this software?

could it for instance extract individual instruments from a audience recording?

for example putting together all the sources we have for the second show in oakland in 1969

could it extract enough instruments to assemble a stereo mix of gimme shelter?

I tried it out on Welcome To New York bootleg, but the bass totally disappeared

Shouldn't happen with Demix Pro, the bass is probably in a separate stem (track), but could happen with cheaper software or possible tryout versions that usually allow only a limited number of extracted tracks.

I'm not convinced there is any bass there to begin with. Sounds like all drums to my ears.
