Imagine the embarrassment (and legal implications) for the person who runs and funds this site though...I have to admit I did a double take when I saw that post the other day and thought at first it was a "companion" to the release using the old booted tracks.

that's a good point

i was also a little perplexed as to why he was posting that here nearly the same day it was released

It's BV's site & he has put so much time & energy into it over the years. I can understand why he wouldn't want to deal with having record labels after him. Not to mention, getting in the Stones' bad graces. I have enjoyed some of the Captain's work but the El Macambo remaster probably crossed the line. Also, the psychedelic era compilation, That was great but used officially released material.

I was aware that it`s a no-no, but there were similar things happening here in the past, so i was thinking that one will pass......it didn`t (probably because it`s brand new).

Anyhow, i am preparing some new stuff for all of you that like what i do.
