Could this source possibly be a pseudo-stereo processed FM-mono source?

Best sounding source is the most recent official DVDs and Blu-Rays which were remixed into true stereo. Unfortunately, they run about 4% too slow and have to be sped up in an audio editor.
Splicing the missing parts from the FM source into the stereo remix source would be very tedious. I thought about it, then decided not to.
If you were to attempt it, I would suggest using Audacity (freeware audio editor) and pan one source hard left and the other hard right, line them up, and cut and splice them together. Then pan them back to normal and mix down to a new track. Good luck!
