This footage has circulated for years as being from the show in Essen, but when I tried syncing up the audience audio I couldn't match Mick's mouth movements, particularly in Sympathy - at the Essen show he sings "HAVE some sympathy, some taste", but in the footage he clearly sings a second "have". I went through a search for pictures of stage outfits and audio, and determined that the footage actually seems to come from Cologne - not only does the Sympathy vocal match up, but a brief clip of Mick introducing 'Dead Flowers' seems to be a perfect match. I've seen this footage described as coming from a 'TV Broadcast', but it's clearly a fan-shot 8mm film that's gone through a number of videotape generations. There was about 20 seconds or so of footage near the end that I couldn't accurately sync due to a weird double-exposure, so I left it out and did what I could with the rest.

I checked out the versions on youtube and realized that you're right, they're not properly synced - guess I never paid attention before. Guess I'll have to try my hand at it at some point.
