Neither is it working for me.
Cannot get to the website and utorrent gives me red bars for the Electric Ladyland torrents.
It is not a cookie problem.
Electric Ladyland has been down every so often lately;
may I ask: What exactly is the problem with this tracker?

I've restarted my router maybe that has helped.

No, there is bullshit all over the place and not that much than I can do except
handling the next problem that comes up.
Main issue is the desastrous internet connection in 3rd world countries like ours.

I have to manually correct the setting sometimes several times a day.
There are also times when it's working several days without issues.
Sometimes the settings go off during night and I can't do anything before
the morning.

And today, everything was fine but noone could connect until just a few minutes ago I found some hidden setting that was lost after resetting the
server several times.

It's really a pain in the ass, but at least the server is free of costs.

I had made some artwork earlier, in anticipation of cd and dvd releases of the Charlotte show. So in case this doesn't have any artwork, here is mine:

The video cover and the alternate CD cover makes use of the tour posters from each of the Stones shows in Charlotte, in 1965, 1972, 1997, 1999, 2005, 2021. It is the most complicated photoshop project I have ever done! Here is a small preview of the CD cover, tray insert, DVD cover, and alternate CD cover:
