No, listen to the speaker at the end of the first broadcast.
Maybe there was another repeat in 1987.
After a new research I guess you mixed up your sources.
The first one (where Peebles announces a repeat on Thursday at the end) is this one from January 31, 1987:

The announced repeat is this one:

Your second one is the original first broadcast of November 30, 1985, as Peebles announces Elton John At The Beeb at the end, which was aired on the next Saturday, December 7:

And there was no Stones At The Beeb on December 5, 1985, Janice Long ran here instead:
[genome.ch.bbc.co.uk]

Well...they are not significant. Just a BBC broadcast with Andy Peebles. The tracks alone are also on On Air. Maybe not all though.

I meant the official On Air 2CD release
Does that longer, not talked over "2120 South Michigan Avenue" then come from one of these later repeats? Or where is that from?
