This snippet means that Jagger had all the 16mm material shot by Frank in 72 (and there's a lot of it!) preserved in the Vault and digitized (for future use?).

This is just bloody amazing!
I had a discussion with a 1972 tour connoisseur a month ago were we agreed there was no confirmed image of the Dallas rehearsals. Two weeks later it was confirmed that the pictures of Keith in a studio with the Gibson Firebird were actually from the Dallas Rehearsals, and now we get this footage! Fantastic!
Keith plays a 1965 Firebird, Taylor a Gibson SG with Lyre tremelo that I have never seen before with the Stones, and in the end you see Bobby Keys with Keith's 1953 Gibson Les Paul Gold Top.

Thank you!
Interestingly enough the song titles "Stop Breaking Down" and "Loving Cup" are not listed on Nico Zentgraf's site...

It does suggest there is a boatload of Robert Frank film sitting in a vault somewhere in pristine condition

Thanks!
While we're on the topic, may I PLEASE have a posed photo of the 1972 stage band?
I've been very patient.

The extracts of CB shown in the Unzipped exhibition (in the Scorcese segment) are also in pristine condition. Well at least you can see a woman's behind and breasts in a plane...
By the way (not related to the boobs!) is the video available somewhere?

Nicky Hopkins might have taken that second photo of the band. He was big into photography.

On his Facebook page there were a couple of fantastic pictures he shot from behind his piano during the 1970 tour.
