Anybody know where this can be downloaded?

I'm not sure if it's official or not, it's status is a bit fuzzy, apparently it was prepared for release on CD and other media but they were almost all destroyed (during his contract dispute) though a few VHS tapes and laserdisks leaked out before that happened.

The whole 'album' was supposed to be just a 3 piece, Prince on guitar and vocals, with a bass player and drummer which could be real interesting.

If it's official I don't want to violate any rules so respond accordingly.

The Laser Disc and VHS are official

The Undertaker is an unreleased album by Prince, and was recorded live in one take in a rehearsal session on 14 June 1993 at Paisley Park Studios, Chanhassen, MN, USA, with a planned release in 1994 as a covermount CD to be included with an issue of Guitar World magazine.

The release was blocked by Warner Bros. after copies had already been manufactured, and all copies were coated with a plastic covering rendering them unplayable (Prince later re-used the idea of including a CD with a publication by releasing his 2007 album Planet Earth with the UK newspaper The Mail On Sunday and his 2010 album 20Ten with various newspapers and magazines).

The destruction of a masterpiece
Prince privately manufactured a CD in around 1000 copies containing the Power Trio performance. Unfortunately, when the sleeve cover was at the printer’s office, Warner Bros. heard of the record and ordered Prince to destroy the whole edition. Luckily, some copies of the 36 minutes album escaped and appeared on the collector’s market in 1995, although at very high prices. Fortunately, it got widely bootlegged, ensuring that fans got to hear it.

I don't have that CD (which I assume is this one here), but I made a Laser Disc audio rip (audio demux) from the AC3 track in FLAC Stereo (the only track available).
