I did download this because I wanted to check it with my version.
Mine is much bigger than yours, but on the other hand, maybe mine is not the real Lurch label ???
Mine is availabel in Stonesvault
1969.11.09 TCDRS- Live 'r than you 'll ever be Lurch Records.rar 706.14 MB [www.filefactory.com]
Than I see mine is 2CDRS and yours is Vinyl, so I looked if I have this vinyl as well, and Indeed do have it. It is exact size as yours.

While having a closer look my vinyl folder did not have artwork included so here a new upload with artwork included.
