Been trying in vain to locate this recording of what is said to be "Special -The Unreleased 2nd album' - aka "The Cozy Powell tapes"

There was a thread from a few years ago discussing this recording and a link was up and then it was down - so IF i am violating a forum rule by requesting this it's not intentional - I've been a member for years and would never jeopardize that -

I must have it somewhere if nobody gets to it first. Love the first track, one of the more melodic and "structured" songs by Taylor.

Cozy Powell? Not so. Most of the tracks feature Eric Parker on drums. Two of the tracks are Omar Hakim on drums. Taylor played with Cozy Powell only when Taylor was the “other” guitar player in Alvin Lee’s fall 1981 lineup and at no other time."
