You could try to translate them via DeepL or Google (both don't change the time marks) and then try to convert them (online) to SRT or other Subtitle-formats.

I've been trying to DL these files and I get the old FF 'Server Maintenance' excuse. I wrote FF about this 'Server Maintenance' about another file they claim 'Server Maintenance'.

They are in proces upgrading all servers
I did check part 1 and is available now.
Parts 2 and 3 probably are at another server.
