Hello From Japan

Hi everyone, long time no see. I was hospitalized because I broke my left leg in January of this year. I was finally discharged the other day, so I would like to upload the sound source I got while I was in the hospital. Thank you for your continued support.

Hi intercepter,

2+ months in the hospital for a broken leg? Wow, how did you break it?

Glad you are feeling better.

I live in Belgium. Broken leg & arm! Good, Hospital. After taken some X ray's, splaster around your leg or arm and go home! Maximum 3 hours and you are sitting in your sofa at home and watching TV!

You weren't trying to imitate Keith by falling out of a tree (bush), were you?

Finally discharged..........does not necessarily mean he was in hospital.
In UK, it means he is no longer being seen by a consultant for follow up care.
He could for example have seriously broken a thigh bone needing steel bolts to mend and you would not be out and home in 3 hours for that sort of break....you may need follow up physiotherapy to walk again and many repeat visits to hospital...only after you were well again would you be discharged from care in the UK.

A bad year to be hospitalized but a good year to stay home recovering
Stay safe

Thank you for your kind words. I wish I had been in a tropical country like Keith, but I fell on the frozen snow. Since I was under anesthesia for the lower body, I watched the operation on the monitor. An electric saw on a hammer to fix the implant with screws ... it was like a movie scarface

To watch this operation sounds like pure horror, so a full anesthesia seems to be a good thing to me. grinning smiley But now you've got a great story to tell your children and grandchildren and you know how it works. Nice story! Get well soon.

An old friend of mine 'broke his leg' in a car crash - into about 15 pieces. He also had 157 stitches and was in bone traction in hospital for about 4 months.

He was a taxi driver and when the controller asked him where he was, he said "On the roof".............
