I had a quick listen to these, thanks again. I think I found another TOTP version with audience mixed to the intro and outro. It's from the b/w tv version, they mostly aired the colored one. Sorry, it's only mp3 sourced, I don't have it lossless. [www.filefactory.com]

Thanks for this addition. This is another version (with audience) which is first the same as the faded version but then has a different definite ending. Interesting what all turns up... It comes from here: [www.youtube.com]
