I understood that werther2003 just wanted to forward an adress to detroitken where he can order the cd-set (and not forwarding a link where he can download it). As far as I know the set is not out yet.

If you want to write an e mail to someone :: HIDDEN!
Now at the moment for an most impossible 3cd: all the e addresses are visible! Wait a couple of mounths (1-2) and you'll see : it comes above! If someone has it, it will become in hands of bootleggers for money and the wheels begins to turn! Patience is a virtue.
