No, there's no "50th" LIB-Documentary in conjunction with the RS' 50th Anniversary.

The "40th" LIB-Documentary in 2002 (about the Stones, not the Album) was made by Austrian DoRo-Production (Rudi Dolezal & Hannes Rossacher) for French/German Culture-TV channel Arte.

After 2002, DoRo-Production changed their focus, Dolezal & Rossacher went parted ways and at end of 2019 DoRo went bankrupt again - [de.Wikipedia.org] .

But there's a predecessor of the 2002 LIB-Documentary, made in 1997 by DoRo for their German Music-TV channel VIVA.

It could have been the 60-mins VIVA ‘Jam’ Rolling-Stones-Special, 26-Oct-1997. I've had it on VHS but the tape broke. The documentary started with a glass of Whiskey on a small serving cart heading from the bar to the hotel room. When the glass of Whiskey reached Keith, he said: "It's about time". The rest of this documentary is very similar to the 2002 LIB-Documentary by Arte.
