17 – MY FIRST PLEA
For this song I used BlueTurns2Grey’s analysis (see the doc. file) and the two tape-rip he posted on IORR: thanks a lot BT2G!
I think that both tracks are perhaps not different takes but the same already circulating but with a different mix with the piano notes very low in this mix.
To separate the different versions I use BT2G arguments: intro with piano, loud honky tonk piano from 1’51 to 2’10 and KR comments in the end.
32a - My First Plea #1 (4’15) (BT2G -1) - no piano in the intro, honky tonk in the middle, no comment in the end
32b - My First Plea #1 (4’15) (reworked) slight noise reduction and channel equilibration
33a - My First Plea #2 (4’15) (EXR) - take 13: piano in the intro, strong honky tonk in the middle, no comment in the end
33b - My First Plea #2 (4’16) (reworked) sound amplification and slight noise reduction
34a - My First Plea #3 (4’51) (BT2G -3) - no piano in the intro, slowed version, discreet honky tonk in the middle, comments in the end
34b - My First Plea #3 (4’16) (reworked) more high tone and slight noise reduction
35a - My First Plea #4 (4’52) (GS5) - take 15: no piano, honky tonk in the middle and comments in the end
35b - My First Plea #4 (4’54) (reworked): noise deleted at 2’25, slight noise reduction and sound amplified
