I do not keep records like the serious collectors do but I know I did not buy it so I probably got it here years and years ago. Sorry.
I have had several other releases of this show but this is the one I reach for. And the "For Fans Only" label is not listed on the stones vault list by publisher. So I figured I should share it.
And yes, please post your version without the gaps. Thanks for asking.

In the other direction, Flac to wav, I use switch file convertor.
