I'm already confused. There are two choices for download.
"Download" or "Download the latest version of EAC"

Yes, I always use Exact Audio copy, with the correct settings. If not, it's just another CD audio ripper.

I agree Exact Audio Copy is GREAT, but If Exact Audio is to complex for you to understand then you can try CUE TOOLS.

EAC here.
Sure, it takes some time to set it properly to get exact rip. But afterwards it works straightforward. This guide is good

The other rippers mentioned here are OK too. But it is believed that only EAC returns exact rip (if you work in secure mode).

Possibly just an error when the site has been created and, therefore, the word 'Download' appears twice.
You find a link for downloading the German version left of the German flag.
Guess, what kind of link you get left of the English/American flag.
