I saw this being mentioned on local TV a few days ago. As soon as I saw a clip of it, I thought straight away "that's not new, it's from the R&R Circus DVD".

The headline at [www.nme.com] is tricky. Sure, I guess it's the first time they performed it live. But "A previously unreleased cut from their ‘Rock and Roll Circus’ concert film"? Who's spotted any differences between this cut and what's on the commercial DVD?

This might be interesting news during lockdown, but I dunno if it would even "make a butterfly flap its wings" in normal times.

Any comments?

I didn't check the videoframes, but I compared the audio track from this video clip with the official cd (remastered 2018 edition). I couldn't find anything new. Also the spectogram view didn't look diffrent (to me).
