The DVD of the "A Bigger Bang" Special Edition, on which these tracks were released, has a lossless LPCM audio track.
You can find lossless versions on WLR 2016: "The Alternate Bigger Bang" [iorr.org] It's on CD 2, tracks 11 and 12.
The CDs with the Bigger Bang outtakes (like A Bigger Bang Beta-Mixes 2005 Idol Mind Production, IMP-N-019) are all mp3 sourced.
