This track was never released in flac. It was mp3 or whatever apple use at that time lossy format only. Any version in flac or wav would be upconvert. But upconvert will not transform lossy to lossless.

Here's my personal Blu-ray audio demux from the LPCM stream, 48KHz, 16 Bit, 2 channels. And also a downsampled version to 16/44 with SoundForge. (includes two tracks with fade in and fade out for 2CDR split)
