Maybe DAC got in touch with some grandpa in Surrey who, when he was 12 taped the broadcast by pointing a crummy microphone toward the family ancient AM radio receiver.
Maybe DAC has the complete 14 songs "gig" and they release it bit by bit?

I'd tend to think it's kosher as VGP/DAC have seldom released fakes or tracks with wrong attribution.
Maybe hoarders are getting old and feel it's time to pass on stuff they'd been sitting on for ages.
Y'know the cold hard hand of Death sometimes makes you feel a bit wiser and more generous...

Imo the chances of seeing VideoJames work with a boot label are zero or below zero.

However, I read a Japan review that claims Reelin and Rockin in this DAC release comes from Radio Luxembourg 18 March 64 .

There is something here, which we usually don't get very often from the Stones:
"Reelin' & Rockin'" to my ears is performed exaxtly the same way as in Chicago ~two months later; what a feat!

agree with you. compared now twice, to my ears both are the same recoding (Chess) BUT the version here is speed corrected and sounds better than the version i have here on several releases
