I think this boot is the best for the Wembley Rambler SBD.

Yep, that's one of them. I have the DAC and the OBR, but they both sound the same. And there's an older bootleg "The Best of Europe 73" or something like that, I did have a copy once. They all sound the same, anyway.
Was the first show really "reserved for French fans"?
There's a documentary / DVD of this, quite cool, with a little footage from the show. Jagger in white, I rememember. No sound from the concert though

The strangest thing is that Laughingsam's Brussels (not posted on iorr) which he sent me many years ago is almost identical as recently released official Brussel in Goat's Head Soup Deluxe. How come? Stones bought remaster from Laughingsam or he has an ear close to their taste?

In 1973, the Rolling Stones were banned from entering France due to pending drug cases against Keith Richards, Bobby Keys and Anita Pallenberg.
The band decided to organise a concert in Brussels for the French audience; RTL Radio chartered a train for French fans.

I believe they did something of the same in 1981, apart from the trains, with the Buffalo show, for the Canadians, by selling a big portion of the tickets in Toronto, since Keith wasn't allowed to go there

I was "hired" by RTL/SpectacleClub to control the tickets in the train.
We wore yellow sweat shirt with a red RTL LOGO.
As i was under 18 at that time, it was my only solution to go there!
Two trains in fact : around 2500 people by train + people coming fom Lille and Reims.
The Forest National was something like 7000 attendance.
So yes, 90% of the people were french for the 1st show.
Outside, after the show, people were waiting to go in.
Policemen on horses!!! Something very new for me.
I remember someone selling a tix for the 2nd show.
i hesitated a couple of minutes : i could pay but with no money to come back to Paris. HitchHike in the middle of the night ?
