Shall we assume that the missing discs (1-3,7-11,13,14) will be totally or partially included in the next OBR releases?
Don't know about that but I assume we'll get to hear the rest of the Collins tapes provided :
- we do't get killed by the Covid-19
- we all live till the age of 80.
If these two conditions are fulfilled we might get to hear the rest of the stuff!

Does anyone have any idea where the 3 instrumentals 5-07, 5-08, and 5-09 originate from?

Ok dont know what the big secret is if you have additional tracks. Please keep them to yourself. But if you could identify what is out there then that would be a cool step. So come forward if you have addiional knowledge.
