Today I found this 1972 single in a record store. Sure, most of you will know it, but I didn't hear about it before. Let It Rock is well known from Leeds 1971 as a flip side of Brown Sugar or the spanish Sticky Fingers version, where it replaced Sister Morphine. Blow With Ry is an 4.20 edit from the Jamming With Edward album, where it runs about 11 minutes. Never listened to the short version before and now I've to wait, till I'm back home next week, to put it on my turntable.
It's the “RELEASE“ version, the artists gave their money to an anti-drug-campaign, which is shown in the folded inner side of the cover. Price was 4 German Mark in 1972, now it's worth about 2 or 3 Euro. But, another item for my record box.
