The selected Rolling Stones songs are from a Nicky Hopkins Archive. You can hear the difference
in the mixes and sound. The Classic album Sessions like Their Satanic Majesties Request; Beggars Banquet; Let It Bleed; Sticky Fingers; Exile On Main Street and Goat's Head Soup with The Rolling Stones from 1967 - 1972 are taken from Classic Sessions and Solo Work between 1961 - 1980. The 1961- 1980 material was provided by Nicky Hopkins and is from his personal archives, The 1981-1994 material was provided by Nicky Hopkins many friends and associates over many years.

This is confusing...that "tape" had 5 tracks if memory serves, including one actually unknown instrumental, Track 16 here maybe, but songs like Red Blood Wine, Highway Child, etc...are unrelated AFAIK.

"Tumbling Dice" is a genuine backing track - It have appeared on Youtube a few months ago. See the link given by Exilestones. I am surprised nobody noticed that.

Track 16 is not new, it is Nicky Hopkins cover of "Sea Cruise". Probably the official version.

My friend Dan was talking about the five tracks with me by phone and then went looking on YouTube. The first post above is what he came back with. Maybe they're all worth downloading and creating a project? I'll leave it to the experts.
