After all this timer we finally got our ISP to put us back onto a Dual Stack and we are now accessible via IPv4 again.

Everything should be the same as we left it, but I'm sure you will let us know if any problems arise

The system used to delete members who hadn't visited for 90 days or so, but I turned that off when we started having this problem so that nobody would get deleted because of not visiting. So anybody who was a member at the time should still be now.

I sent an e-mail for a new password and received the confirmation e-mail
still wont accept new password.
