A sticky thread is one that would appear at the top of the forum every time you came to Hot Stuff section of IORR. It's what you see in the Tell Me forum when a show was happening or something else meaningful.
And I vote to have a sticky for the vault!

I have been asked about making threads in this forum sticky, like this one:

Normally there should be no sticky threads on IORR at all over time. Easy access to threads should be made through other ways.
