Server problem where? We.tl?

Between last night and today, I tried to DL .rar files of three shows: Midimanz's Chicago 6-21-19 .mp4; rskinno's Chicago 6-25-19 audio, and rskinno's Washington 7-3-19 audio. Over several tries, I got "Unexpected End of Archive" errors when unpacking the .rars, or failure of the downloads in the middle. I tried on Firefox and on Chrome - Chrome pegged one failed download as "Server Failure." Is that at We.tl?

I just got more questions. We.tl seems to be working OK now, but I had a couple of false starts on some of the 4 DVD9 parts linked above.
