I must confess I sold my "24k gold edition" of the CHAM title eons ago for the very reasons MR described above... And I think the (noisy) vinyl rip runs at the wrong speed too.

I think the edition I have uploaded is missing the vinyl crackles because I never heard any and I listened to it on big speakers. And stop being such an old woman; you'll be there soon enough, at this rate.

I may add that insulting a site member's upload for no apparent reason other than gratifying your raging ego can get your sweet arse banned as it constitutes abuse. Watch your anger management, lad. Or you'll be the head moderator on Donny Osmond's website next.

IIrc it was a Frankenstein job : they used the new 73 tracks that appeared thru the 1987 ‘King Biscuit Flower Hour’ broadcasts and they made a complete show by adding trax from a vinyl source.
Anyway I remembered the sheer excitement that was mine when, around 1990, receiving an Oh Boy! catalogue sent from Luxembourg I discovered the Chamelion CD was offered for sale!
And in a "24k" gold edition! Limited to 500 copies!
