Can someone please upload the alternative Parachute Woman and YCAGWYW versions from the Rock and Roll Circus.

Parachute Woman is a true alternate take as is YCAGWYW featuring Mick playing acoustic for the first verse or so.

1 - Parachute Woman - taken from 7 ep @#$%&' Andrew - speed corrected - no EQ - no "remaster"
same as Vancouver 1

2 - Parachute Woman - taken from LP "Gravestones" - speed corrected - no EQ - no "remaster"
same as Vancouver 2

3 - You can't Always Get What You Want - taken from 7 ep @#$%&' Andrew - speed corrected - no EQ - no "remaster" - (electric guitar joined by acoustic rythm guitar)
same as Vancouver 3 + 4

4 - You can't Always Get What You Want - taken from CD "Rock n Roll Circus (Archive Productions) - speed not corrected - (electric guitar + acouctic guitar riffs) - heavy reverb on vocal

5 - You can't Always Get What You Want - taken from 25x5 laser-disc - same version as above - exc quality but Keith is making comments during the intro - please notice : less reverb on vocal, acoustic guitar mixed lower



songs 1/2/3 have appeared on later CD bootleg releases, but as far as my ears can tell, always taken from "@#$%&' Andrew" and "Gravestones" with heavy "remaster" process to get rid of crackles, but never successful.

Removing the clicks : I NEVER use automatic software to remove clicks, these programs always change the overall sound. When I want a clearer recording, I just remove the most noisy pops one by one, but it's a time consuming task.

YCAGWYW from 25x5 - For historical reasons, I think it's better to keep it in full length with the KR comment, but but do what you want !

YCAGWYW from Archive Prod CD, I will correct the speed, but not until the end of this afternoon (busy at work).

Lots of dropouts on the third YCAGWYW towards the end on Keith's interview.

Is it this way on record or a mistake?

PW - The drop-out at 0'27 is on the vinyl (I checked it) - many thanks for pointing this, so probably it means my opinion about "@#$%&' Andrew" & "Gravestones" as 1st source for other releases is incorrect.

YCAGWYW from CD on "Archive Productions" - I can't be 100 % sure the drop-out at 2'10 is from the original CD, wich is not in my own collection, but from a very close friend. I will ask him to check his CD.

YCAGWYA from 25x5 - I don't hear the dropouts .?.?.

I also gave a quick listen to OMS 3CD/1DVD 'Rock'n'Roll Circus Sessions" (wich is a copy of a "Misterclaudel" release), and it is very very confusing. This is these kind of compilation with a lot of things from different sources, with songs sometimes duplicated, etc ... ("Yer Blues" is a nightmare to sort out. I have tried many times and I have abandonned.)

I think I will take some time this weekend and restart everything from zero, concerning PW & YCAGWYW.

Anyway here is :

YCAGWYW - from OMS - rehearsal ?

YCAGWYW - from OMS - stereo mix (sounds genuine)

Here is CD 1 from the OMS compilation.

It suposed to be an alternate stereo mix of the official DVD release.

Once I thought it was genuine.

The more I listen to this material, the more I think it is NOT genuine.

As an exemple, you can clearly hear a second guitar during the beginning of JJF. But is it really Brian or a fake ???

Please listen carrefuly and give your opinions. Thanks.

It sounds like someone has been getting busy with some OOPsing etc.

Not phasing at times in the mix on YCAGWYW.

Keith is mainly picked up on left. A wider stereo mix with a another mic picking up Keith's guitar which you hear on right giving the impression of more than his guitar.
