POST: 07th Sepember 1973 "The last Silver Train from the twentieth century" ( FP 050 ) speed corrected & bonus
after vol 51, here vol 50!

07th September 1973
Wembley Empire Pool
«The last Silver Train of the twentieth century»
Frankenstein production n°50
I have two version for this show: the first one is « London Empire Pool September 7, 1973 » and the other one came from a trade from a German Stones-fan years ago-without any covers so my great friend Riccardo (aka Mr. No) created them and named this version « A Silver Train To London » (see the ‘doc’ file).
Because of a recent post of Heiloobaas I compared my versions and decided to « work/play » on this show… Although he posted the wrong show by mistake –thanks to J. for the idea!
I used « Silver Train » from VGP 095 « Greatest Dane » as speed reference and the « Silver Train » coming from « A Silver Train To London »had to be decelerated by -8,48%.
So I decided to use this correction for all the other tracks too and here you got it: a new Frankenstein production: the n° 50.
Of course it remains to be a poor quality recording but here, I hope it's more listenable!

The version used here is from « A Silver Train In London », I deleted lots of little defaults (microgaps, noises)…. I amplified some segments and of course decelerated it from 4’48%
I separated the band introduction as a track on its own.
Last as bonus I decided to add the German TV report from the ARD TV program « Kätschap »which was first broadcast on October 20, 1973 and that can be listen at this web site:

The content is a Mick Jagger interview from the press conference on September 27 (but voiced over by german translation) and extracts from the Munich, September 28, 1973 - second show. The sound is hissy in particuliar in the audience parts so I reduced the treble to make the listening more pleasant. My version sent by nzb was originally uploaded by Rank Stranger. It’s a great testimony from this era and gives the opportunity to listen to the fantastic work of Mr. Taylor! I duplicated the channel to get a more punchy sound.
A big thanks to my usual partners in crime nzb and Jaap (Stonesmuziekfan) who gave critics and advise regarding my work.

PS I spend times on the paintings montage on the back cover but because MJ caricature seems more from the nineties finally I added it only as a small "vignette" on the back
