Question about VGP 101

Hi!
When I'm looking for VGP 101, I find this one:
A Rolling Stone Gathers No Moss
But I've got that one:
Paint It Black (see pictures).
The tracks are the same, only the artwork differs.
It seems factory pressed, there's a matrix on both CDs.
Maybe it's a first version of VGP 101?
Any info would be welcome, many thanks in advance.
