".!ut" is the default extension that uTorrent will (optionally) add to the end of incomplete files while downloading, it then removes it when the file is complete.
If it is still on the end of the file name then that would imply that the file was never completely downloaded and will contain errors.

I put all the files in a folder but when it is read by VLC I only see the discs up to SATANIC, how should I go to see the other albums too?
