Here is another attempt to have the most complete show possible with the best quality so a new Frankenstein Production: the 35th!
For this show I checked the different versions I had (see file "doc"): there are clearly 2 different sources.
The first used by VGP has a clearer sound but several passages are absent. On the other hand, we find them in the Cannonball version, "You Know What You Had", which is more complete whose sound is clearer, in mono with one channel smaller than the other. So this is the version that I used by amplifying the right channel (+ 7db) and duplicating it with a slight delay of 0.10s which gives more amplitude to the sound (and sometimes a sense of stereo). I used the version of VGP to control speed: this version required a slowdown of 0.81%. My version of Canonball had some digital flaws especially on the last 3 titles of the cd n ° 1: I corrected them, without audible consequences on "Love In Vain" and "Sweet Virginia" but they were too important on "YCAGWYW". For this title I used 2 patches (from 2'31 to 3'00 and 3'22 at the end) from the version of Risk Disk which also uses the same source but as for VGP with a sound a little duller. Still for "YCAGWYW" I used the 2nd source found in the Weeping Goat version, "Is not Touched A Drink All Night", for the last 20 seconds that are missing on all versions of the first source.
I also separated the tuning and mumbling interlude between "YCAGWYW" and "All Down The Line"
I like the final result and I hope some fans will compare with the versions they own and enjoy this mix.
