Here's a link to what is supposed to be a July 13th show from So Cal...I bought this CD set nearly 20 years ago from a Canadian Gent who used to advertise in Goldmine Magazine...a no label set ripped from my silvers in WAV, artwork included... I have no idea if this is actually the 13th as so many shows from the LA run are misdated...maybe someone can clarify the date, source etc...excellent sound, the link is good until June 10th...enjoy

This is the 13th. It also may be the cleanest source of this file I've ever heard. We're talking 43 years of different versions going in one bourgeois paranoid ear and straight out the other. One thing I noticed straight away was what I originally thought was an annoying 'click track' repetitive sound during "Fanfare." Turns out this sound is a person close to the microphone making that noise. I'm listening to this with Boom audioplayer on a Dell Inspiron 35-XXXX speakers. I'm going to put my Koss 4/A headphones on now to listen to the first two tracks again. But don't wait for me to get back to you. Many have waited, few have endured... tongue sticking out smiley

What I do not get is how people keep on posting again and again these crappy (in comparision!) audience recordings of shows that we have now in superb stereo soundboard quality. Are you all hearing impaired or what?

This show was officially released as part of their concert series "From The Vault", titled "L.A. Forum (Live in 1975)"

This show has several sources. By that I mean it's a lot more exciting for me to hear the IMP original tapes than the sanitized stereo release. There's much more excitement in the audience tapes than anything officially released.

Is there a list of best sources ?

Would be nice to see a thread called
"Forget all other, these are the best sources"
I sure would help posting to this thread if I only knew wich ones.
