Recently Got A Replacement Computer,But After Getting Spam (& Possible Corrupt/ Infected Files) I'd Like To Ask My Favorite Sites Advice On The Best Place To Download WinRAR (I Know It Isn't A Stones Question...But They Are Whom I Am Most Interested In.

CNET is generally a safe place for free downloadable programs (if they carry what you want).

As always, watch out for downloads that want to add on other programs you don't want. Use your OS system tools to remove unwanted add-on programs.
