I had different bootlegs over the years. Can't Get Next To You, the 3CD item with the miniature tour program, TSP. I couldn't compare them directly, I think they (partly) used different tapes, but sounded pretty similar. Distant/"muddy", average "very good" audience recordings. Usefull, but not really enjoyable. I think the "Birmingham" 1CD, in fact East Rutherford I or the Philly 1CD are also "vg", but more enjoyable. I also like the 2CDs of Washington II and real Birmingham better, also the Oakland shows released last year. Maybe the sound of the stadium wasn't the best. I wonder if somebody has done some research regarding the 8/1 CDs. It would be interesting to learn how many different tapes were released (there were at least three more releases).
