POST: MICK TAYLOR - November 1992 European Gigs Series - Vol 08 - 25 November 1992 - Meckesheim
We're waiting for perhaps a new source (?) for the Frankfurt show, so I will post the Vol 07 later...

This series is devoted to Mick Taylor’s European-tour in winter 1992.

As usual all the infos are taken from The Rolling Stones Complete Works Database by Nico Zentgraf [
nzentgraf.de].
For this show we had two versions coming from the same source: both a mono soundboard with the drums up front.
The version sent by nzb is more complete but the sound is not always equalized well.
My version (MC-005-CD “Live In Meckesheim”) had a somewhat clearer sound, particularly in the first and the last tracks, but they were gaps between the tracks!
So I made a mix of both sources to get the most complete recording in best possible quality. When I used the MC-005 source (the 3 first and the 4 last tracks) I patched the gaps between the tracks, the best I could, with nzb's version.
I added a little more high tone and amplified the sound (+1db).
Special thanks to Falo who sent us the pictures he took on the show (and that I reworked and used on the biggest part of this series).
