I don't know which DVD's VTS-1_03.vob file gives you the data error (DVD WOW 009 1976.06.06 Aux Abbatoirs - Live in Paris 1976 consists of 2 DVDs), so here are the VTS-1_03.vob files of both DVDs:

WOW 0009 - 7 Zip was reporting both DVD1 and DVD2 where the VTS 1_03.vob didn't extract correctly - I am suspecting the issue was related to my downloads because as you say they were ok for Chris from the same source. I'm using EDGE.

The only definite issue is that in the workupload set Part 2 comes down labelled as part 1

On Monday I'll install CHROME and repeat the download process and report back

WOW 020 indeed is Toronto and WOW 145 is no longer missing (lol)
