First: because this second upload from vancouver is a different source; this is the same as the DAC version, whereas vancouver's first post was the VGP source.
Also: this second upload contains the concert twice: speeded up 5% and 6%, your choice!
While I was able to find the old thread here:

still cannot find the files on my pc, good to see vancouver still got them!
PS.: there's a minor mistake in the +5% version: track 12 "Let It Rock" is repeated in track 13 "Little Queenie"...

Somehow I lost it.
If I remember correctly, it was different from the VGP release,
