Absolute no idea, I only have the VIDEO_TS file and the artwork, no info file or whatever.
I can't remember how I got it, but probably a download from some torrent site (or maybe even here), or maybe someone sent it to me, because I only have it in digital form, not on physical disc.
The DVD has no menu, but is divided into chapters (which correspond with the tracks). At the end, it stops with the fireworks, but no credits.

The small "14 On Fire 2014-06-25" logo on top of the spine of the artwork looks familiar, but I can't place it....

Hopefully the person who created and shared this will step forward, so we can thank him!
