I was curious about that long version so dbboots came to the rescue : [www.dbboots.com]

It looks like it first appeared on OBR's "Paris Results II" back in 1993, exciting times after "Paris Results" a few months earlier, with stuff that was only rumoured to exist. Thanks OBR for letting them out!
