As soon as I click on to this video link I could see it was the Ed Sullivan Show performance of Paint It Black and that it was the long studio version. I couldn't wait to see how this guy filled-in the extra time. He did a great job. It was a bit silly but he pulled it off! I guess the glitches in the video are to keep it on time.
